• You must be between the ages of 18 and 50
• You are ready to do what it takes to shed the pounds (safely of course)
• You are available for 8 weeks to live in our health farm style house
• You must be willing to submit medical information to the production and submit to a medical examination, psychological examination and a background check

If you do not meet all of the criteria listed above then please do not apply for this show; you will NOT be selected as a final candidate. You will be asked to confirm these and other legal requirements before your application can be submitted.

The information contained in this application form shall be used by us only to assess your suitability to take part in the programme and for no other purpose. We will keep the information which you provide to us confidential and show it only to people involved with the production of the Programme. Once the selection procedure has been completed all applicants forms for those not shortlisted for application in the Programme will be confidentially destroyed.
