This is the online application form for the next series of Project Catwalk. Unfortunately due to the large number of applications we will be unable to reply to all applicants individually. You will only hear from us if you have been short listed to take part in the competition.

The information you supply on this application system may be stored by Shine Limited on computer and will only be used for the purposes of selecting contestants and producing "Project Catwalk" a television series initially produced for Sky. We will not supply this information to third parties other than as is reasonably necessary to select contestants and produce the series.

Please answer ALL questions otherwise your application will be rejected. If at a later stage we find you have answered any questions untruthfully or deliberately attempted to mislead us then your application and/or place in the show will automatically be terminated.
